Mary Catherine Cali
Mary Catherine Cali is a senior and managing partner, joining the firm at its inception in 1983. Mary Catherine specializes in the area of creditor’s rights, including consumer and commercial foreclosures and repossessions, and creditor bankruptcy matters throughout the State of Louisiana, as well as defense matters on behalf of consumer and commercial lenders. She handles contract litigation, transactional financing arrangements on behalf of lenders, and loan workout transactions. She has been involved in multi-state arbitration proceedings, multi-party litigation, and has served as a Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. Mary Catherine’s clients include numerous banks and lending institutions. A former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana, Mary Catherine is experienced in State and Federal civil litigation. Mary Catherine has an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating.
