John C. Conine, Jr. is a partner and joined the firm in 2015. John represents manufacturers and dealerships under Louisiana’s New Manufactured and Modular Home Warranty Act. He handles breach of contract litigation throughout Louisiana, and represents various State and local governmental agencies. John has extensive knowledge in the area of real estate title work. He is also knowledgeable of details related to successions and estate planning. In recent years, much of John’s practice has been devoted to representing state officials and agencies in the defense of civil rights actions in federal court, particularly in the area of prisoner litigation. John also has experience in administrative law, construction law, business entity formation and governance and homeowners and condominium associations.
